From London and the East take the M4 West then the M5 South. Follow the A38 towards Plymouth & Liskeard. Upon arrival at Saltash, take the take the right turn on to the A388 towards Callington & St. Mellion (village 5 miles). Follow the brown directional signs to St. Mellion Estate from the village.
