Perfectly located just minutes from the West End, Westminster and the City, the Kia Oval is a stone’s throw from the River Thames. Outside of the Congestion Charge Zone and served by five London Underground stations, a National Rail station and parking space for up to 50 cars on-site, delegates can access the venue with ease.
As one of the most historic sporting venues in the world, the Oval offers a unique experience with spaces ranging from the remarkable Victorian wood-panelled Long Room to the unique Corinthian Roof Terrace that offers panoramic views across London. The recent redevelopment of the Roof Garden, installation of electronic signage and soon to be construction of a new stand ensures that the 170-year-old ground remains a leading, and modern venue.
The Kia Oval can cater for any event from a two-person meeting to a grand event for 1,000 guests. Our team are experienced in hosting large conferences, award ceremonies, and dinners with a roster of blue-chip clients from the commercial and public sectors – including IBM, The Voice and the EE - that trust our event space and delivery and return regularly.

Our on-site audio-visual team ensure that any event technology required runs effortlessly. The AV team communicate directly with clients to ensure that all technological requirements are understood clearly, and met, to take unnecessary stress out of an event. The NHS stated: “the AV team were very helpful. IT makes me very nervous, but we were put at ease.”
We have some very exciting times ahead as the venue has been granted full planning permission for another incredible three-tier stand comprising of two main rooms each with their own terrace, four breakout rooms and crowned with a magnificent Roof Terrace to rival the hugely popular Corinthian Roof Terrace. This construction will increase the maximum capacity of the Kia Oval to upwards of 900 in a single room. Couple this with 6m ceiling heights and floor to ceiling windows this development will further solidify the Kia Oval’s position as one of the most sought-after events venues in London. The development, dubbed One Oval Square, will hugely improve the facilities available for holding Conferences and Events at the ground, a side of the business that has multiplied many times over in recent years.
