The National Conference Centre @ The National Motorcycle Museum boasts an impressive 250,000sqft of fully flexible internal event space. This makes it ideal for a huge range of events including large-scale corporate conferences, awards dinners, exhibitions and charity balls. It can also cater to smaller meetings, more intimate dinner parties and even road shows, making great use of the 204,000sqft external space.

There are 13 rooms to choose from ranging from the largest Imperial and Britannia Suites that can hold over 1500 people, to Wardroom and Crows Nest Suite for smaller meetings - there really is no end to the venue’s flexibility.

The National Conference Centre boasts state of the art technical equipment and has an on-site AV production team who are experienced in delivering a high level of service. With a team of dedicated event planning staff and its award winning kitchen brigade, the venue really does deliver a seamless customer focused service throughout all levels of the event experience.

The NCC has invested heavily in the latest wireless hardware to ensure conference organisers and their delegates have a WiFi connection that is both fast and reliable throughout the venue. Ruckus access points provide 100% coverage throughout the conference suites, breakout rooms and reception areas allowing for hundreds of devices to connect simultaneously in each room and thousands across the site. High speed internet connectivity is provided by a 200MBps leased line (200Mbps download and 200Mbps upload) which can be divided across networks as needed.
