The stunning Banqueting Hall is the largest function suite at the Adelphi holding between 400-650 guests. It has a removable wall in the centre so can split into two if required. It also features a large stage and a central dance floor, which is perfect for intimate Concerts, Dance Nights & Awards Night. A popular suite for Wedding hire, the Banqueting Hall boasts its own private entrance and Standing Bar. Guests can be received either via the Dome Entrance and get a refreshing drink at the Terrace Bar, or through the Grand Lounge where a Drinks Reception can be held at the Hypostyle Bar.
On entering The Grand Lounge, it really does take your breath away. From the high Glassed Ceiling with central Chandeliers, to the architecture dating back to the roaring 20's it is the best location in Liverpool to sit down, relax and enjoy our freshly prepared Afternoon Tea experience. The glorious Kensington Suite is perfect for larger events. The large space means that it can cater for intimate Concerts, Conferences & Awards Night. With a Standing Bar it’s a great room to hold Parties for any Celebration. For extra flexibility, the room can also be split into two with a removable wall in the Centre. Located on the lower ground floor of the Historic Adelphi Hotel, with 5 adjacent syndicate areas. All the newer suites come with state-of-the-art sound systems, in-built hearing loops and microphones. Your event can number from 60 to 550 guests.
The Empire is steeped in history and harks back to the days of the luxurious boardroom. With wooden panelled walls and a private hallway, your guests will feel special when they arrive. An amazing space to hold a Formal Private Dining Night, Boardroom Meeting or Small Awards Ceremony. This space can comfortably accommodate between 35-100 guests.
Our other banqueting suites can cater for numbers from 10 to 300, depending on your requirements and can be arranged to your specific requests. Free Wi-fi is available in all our function suites.

With a range of Bars, Restaurants & Banqueting Suites we can offer a varied food offering for discerning diners to relax and enjoy the ambient surroundings of this grand building.
All 402 bedrooms have been refreshed and include Tea/Coffee facility, Hair Dryer, En-suite with Shower over Bath, TV with Freeview and radio, Iron/Board. Available on request Ice/Fans and Heaters.
Car parking the hotel has over 200 spaces and when booking via Venue Finder, we offer a reduced car park fee. The fee is normally £13.00 per 24 hours.
