Roehampton Venues SW15. Located on the edge of Richmond Park, Elm Grove Conference Centre is part of Roehampton Venues portfolio and offers a modern space in which to host meetings, conferences and work events. It plays host to a multitude of contemporary spaces and state-of-the-art facilities to ensure that whatever the event, it’s guaranteed to run seamlessly and efficiently.

The main Oak Suite (seating up to 140 people) is a bright and spacious room thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall. Handily, the room can be divided into three spaces if needed and features keypad-controlled air ventilation and a plasma presentation screen. With views over the landscape gardens and courtyards, this sizeable room is more than just a functional setting and is sure to provide an enlightening space that encourages conversation and creativity.

Either side of the Oak Suite are a pair of smart boardrooms: The Maple Boardroom and The Tulip Boardroom. Each hosts up to 10 delegates and works well as breakout spaces throughout the day, with neutral decor, one large, fixed table and a screen for presentations.

On the top-floor, you’ll find the Lime Tree Suite which offers scenic views over the city thanks to its own terrace. A great space to hold networking and catered events, or even as an exhibition area.

Ergonomic furniture throughout each space ensures comfort and practicality is always provided, while adjustable lighting, acoustic panels and magnetic walls are all included.

Within the centre, there’s also the option to book overnight accommodation with 31 en-suite bedrooms on site, especially handy if guests are travelling a long way for an event. All bedrooms come with standard hotel amenities and complimentary Wi-Fi.

During the summer months and weekends event bookers can also utilise Grove House, our Grade II listed building, with plentiful grounds and historic spaces.

Grove House: This beautiful Grade II listed Georgian Villa retains many original features including the splendid wooden panelled Portrait Room hosting up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. Our Terrace Room, with a wall of French windows leads out onto our picturesque gardens and views of the lake are perfect for pre-dinner drinks. The grounds down by the lake are a stunning setting for summer parties and team building events.

Location: Our venues are situated in the stunning parkland campuses of Roehampton University; we are just a five minute bus ride from Barnes mainline station and minutes from the A3. There are also regular bus services from Putney, Wimbledon and Hammersmith which all have underground stations direct to Central London - only 15 minutes away. We are within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airport and have a number of car parking spaces available on site.
