The Summer in the City package is designed to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for 100 guests or more. Guests are welcomed with drinks on the Conservatory Terrace before enjoying gourmet food stations featuring options such as bao buns, mac 'n' cheese, posh dogs, and mini poke bowls, all with both meat and plant-based choices. A dessert buffet, showcasing summer favourites including Eton mess, cheesecake, and chocolate-dipped strawberries, completes the offering. The package includes two hours of unlimited beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, all starting from £124 + VAT per person.

To enhance the event, the Barbican offers bespoke add-ons such as Champagne receptions, cocktail bars, or live entertainment, including Jazz trios or DJs. These options provide planners with the flexibility to tailor events to their specific requirements.

Celebrate the season in our tropical Conservatory

Our packages offer food and drink options including an arrival cocktail, drinks service during your meal and food to suit your requirements. We suggest a guest arrival from 7pm and you can party until 11.30pm.
