Franck Jeandon has joined
Searcys at 30 Pavilion Road as its Executive Chef where he hopes to use his
vast experience to bring to life sumptuous menus for corporate clients.

Searcys at Pavilion Road has
long been a luxurious setting for private dining and corporate events. The
country-style townhouse in the heart of Knightsbridge offers corporate event
bookers sophisticated surroundings for sumptuous dinners, elegant cocktail
parties and exclusive events.
Franck has already made an
impact on the menus inspired by seasonal produce with dishes including
Butternut squash pithivier, Truffle mousse stuffed Lincolnshire chicken breast
and Black bream fillet with Puy lentil stew.
Before joining Searcy’s he worked for many renowned
fine dining restaurants including The Wallace Collection, Coq d’Argent,
,One Seven Nine Shaftesbury Avenue, Hilton Park Lane and Monte’s Club, as well
as working as a lecturer at Le Cordon Bleu.
He commented: “It is an
exciting time to be working here, we are re-thinking everything and creating a
new team. This is a new adventure for me and the venue is growing in the right
direction. Most important though is the personal touch we apply to every
event. I like to meet with the people I am creating menus for and work
around their ideas so we can come up with something truly inspiring that
reflects the whole of their event as well as my own passion for seasonality and
quality.”
