what our customers say

Tracey Jones (Regional Merchandising Manager), Hallmark
"This was my first meeting at The Abbey Hotel, on arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and Sarah who looked after us during the day was very accommodating and efficient. The meeting room was light and airy with beautiful views of the Abbey and the Malvern Hills which led to a very relaxed team meeting and I have had very positive feedback from all of the delegates who attended and it is definitely a favourite for future meetings. Thank you to all at the Abbey Hotel."
Marnie Smith (Secretary), Bosch Ltd
"I have had feedback from the team that their meeting last week at The Abbey was a success and everything was excellent, so thank you very much!"
Sarah Keiller (Assistant Shows Judging Manager), Royal Horticultural Society
"All went really well with our stay and the RHS group dinner. Thank you, and please thank the reservations team for their help with the last minute changes. The dinner was also a great success and all seemed to go very smoothly so thank you for all your help with that."
