Pendley Manor is currently undergoing a very exciting renovation project!
Our new design accentuates Pendley’s historic character, as a beautiful country manor, listed building, its scale and appearance; and we are adding the most luxurious of finishes, rich fabrics and patterns, and modern amenities – a truly refreshing update that we cannot wait to show you!
A select number of our new rooms are available for stays now! In order to take advantage of our new rooms, please make sure to choose the “Classic” and “Superior” room type when completing your booking; or give us a call on

We always endeavour to allocate the room category you have requested, however we are dependent on the refurbishment program being completed on time and will make every effort to allocate an alternative room at Pendley Manor or in a nearby hotel in the unlikely event that the room is not ready in time. We ask for your understanding and apologise in advance for any inconvenience which this may cause.
Additionally, our meeting and banqueting spaces have been updated already. Our leisure facilities and spa area will also been updated very soon and will be back better than ever!
