A brand new lunch offering has been launched by Cottons Hotel as part of ongoing work to enhance its legendary Conference Café.
The conference venue carried out guest feedback last year to
get views on all aspects of its food and refreshments. As a result, it has changed menus, style of
presentation and even signage around its café area.
General Manager, Steve Ogden, said: “People are becoming
more aware of what they eat and we need to make sure we cater for different
requirements.
“We find some people are looking for healthy options or
brain food, while others are wanting a treat while they are away from the
office.
“From breakfast through to lunch and the treats in between,
we have got options for everyone – and it’s constantly changing through the day
so people are constantly surprised and delighted with what they find in the
cafe.”
The Conference Café has always been a key feature for
business guests at Cottons Hotel - the company’s answer to a business class
lounge where delegates can step out of their meeting at any time of day and
find something different to tempt tastebuds. It has been part of the conference and meeting offering for
20 years and it has been evolved over that time to keep it fresh and exciting
for people.
From early morning risers and mid-morning munchies through
to tasty lunches and afternoon delights, the food is constantly changing as the
day progresses. It’s a great option for meeting bookers and delegates due to
the variety and flexibility.
Steve added: “The Conference Café has always been popular
with people who use our meeting spaces and feedback about the changes has been
really positive.
“People are commenting on the choice and vibrant
presentation- it looks really tempting
and tastes delicious too.”
