centuries, Ascot has become part of the very fabric of British horseracing and
of the British social calendar, the centrepiece of which is Royal Ascot,
featuring the finest in Flat racing, style, pageantry and fine dining.
However,
Ascot is also a stunning Conference & Events venue offering incredible
flexibility both indoor and out. Located in the heart of Royal Berkshire, Ascot
racecourse sits within 179 acres of beautiful parkland offering a wide range of
varied open spaces, terraces and lawns which lend themselves to summer parties,
conferences, exhibitions and team building events. From Bake Off to Crystal
Maze, virtual horse racing to circus skills, Ascot can accommodate!
In addition,
Ascot offers summer exclusivity at the Furlong Club, a fully functional semi-permanent structure which is located
next to Ascot’s imposing grandstand. The Furlong Club is available for bespoke hire being an ideal outdoor
summer venue for events including summer parties, black tie
dinners, informal BBQs, and Asian weddings.
This unique venue provides a delightful setting
with private, decked terrace and luxury marquee just metres from the track with
uninterrupted views of the finishing straight and is just a short stroll away
from the Parade Ring, Grandstand, Winners’ Enclosure and Bandstand.
Parties of
up to 500 for sit down or up to 1000 guests for buffet dining can be catered
for in the Furlong Club. It is available for exclusive hire from end
June to mid October 2017 subject to availability.
