Welcome to The Londoner – the world's first super boutique hotel. A collection of spaces, tastes and experiences brought to life across 16 storeys, curated to reflect the drama and elegance of West End life.
The Londoner presents one of London’s leading venues for conferences, meetings, weddings, galas, after parties and more, featuring one of the largest ballrooms in the capital; the marble and velvet Green Room for more intimate events; The Gallery, featuring seven meeting rooms and a foyer with sculptures and paintings; and two private screening rooms from the interconnected Odeon Luxe cinema.
Designed with big events in mind, The Ballroom welcomes up to 850 guests with an adjoining pre-function room. It is one of London’s leading event spaces, featuring best-in-class audio-visual technology throughout including line array sound systems, Christie laser projectors, motorised truss systems, and much more.
The steel trusses that sit within the open grid carry theatrical event lighting and special effect AV equipment. Main speakers are hung off the metal subframe above the feature ceiling, making The Londoner the only feature ceiling in the capital capable of carrying lighting specifications of this kind. Further innovative use of technology is by VideoAudio over IP, so any event within The Ballroom can be transmitted across the hotel. Equipped with Lemo broadcast camera points, events can also be broadcast live from The Londoner. Its tech capabilities mean that the space can broadcast any event imaginable via the inbuilt HD camera system and vision mixers, ensuring it can accommodate versatile event requests.
The Gallery comprises seven high-tech meeting rooms connected by a large breakout area adorned with modern art and velvet seating. Each room features state-of-the-art technology to ensure meetings and events of the highest quality. The Gallery meeting rooms can also be used as overflow or additional event spaces, as each has a decoder built into the AV system.
With a private bar, luscious fabrics and rich colour palettes, The Green Room is a dream for the elite host. Fully self-contained, The Green Room is perfect for private parties, receptions and special occasions for up to 150 guests.
Powered by the technology of Odeon, The Londoner presents an exclusive screening experience that can turn ordinary presentations into inspirational think pieces. Engage and inspire guests in one of two Odeon Luxe cinema screens, seating up to 70 and 168 guests respectively.
Open since September 2021, The Londoner features 350 bedrooms and suites with unique London views, six restaurants and bars including a Japanese rooftop bar, a spa and 24-hour gym, as well as The Residence.
Guests staying at The Londoner enjoy access to three beautiful and private spaces within The Residence, including a secret, green velvet whisky parlour accessed via the powder rooms. Each room has a unique personality and a multitude of purposes, where guests can eat, drink, work, relax and enjoy the art of British hospitality, as well as complimentary antipasti, soft drinks, tea and coffee throughout the day.
Re-energise and let your stresses slip away at The Retreat, an entire floor dedicated to wellness. An industry-first £175m Green Loan funded innovative, sustainable technologies to help the hotel achieve an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), with 30 per cent less carbon usage than regulations demand. In its first year of being open, The Londoner won multiple awards in several categories, including ‘Hotel of the Year’, ‘Best Event Spaces’ and four other accolades at the AHEAD Global and Europe Awards.
