Looking for somewhere unique to hold your next event? Look no further . . . Cosford is the ideal venue for a show stopping setting to make your event stand out! We offer a range of versatile rooms for all manner of meetings, conferences and exhibitions.

Where else can you lunch under the nose of the Vulcan, launch your new product set against a backdrop of pioneering aircraft or enjoy a gala dinner in a Second World War Hangar then dance the night away?
The dedicated Corporate Events Team will work with you throughout the event to ensure that every detail is in accordance with your exact requirements no matter how large or small your event may be.

Hangar One - Daytime Event
Be surrounded by historic aircraft such as the Comet and Varsity. Hangar One is a unique event space for up to 300 delegates theatre style with plenty of additional space among the aircraft for refreshments, workshop areas and exhibition space.

There are some 400sqm of unobscured floor space which is ideal for larger exhibitions.

Conference Room
Recently upgraded is the purpose-built conference room. Kitted out with all of the equipment you would expect in a modern meeting room, it can accommodate conferences for up to 130 delegates but is also ideal for smaller meetings/break out rooms as it sub-divides into two self-contained rooms.

Located on the ground floor the conference room has natural daylight, air-conditioning, black out facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Refreshments and lunch can be served in the Visitor Centre which is a stunning glass fronted building complete with wooden flooring and runway lighting to create a dramatic effect.

National Cold War Exhibition Auditorium
The purpose-built theatre can seat up to 208 people on tiered seating and has recently benefited from a full AV upgrade. Holding your event here has never been easier, simply turn up with your laptop, plug it in, and begin your presentation. This ensures minimal set up time and adds to the smooth running of your event.

Delegates couldn’t fail to be impressed when they break for lunch and find themselves under the nose if the Vulcan! Delegates can explore the other Museum Hangars as they have complimentary access to the Museum between 10am and 5pm.
