We have a 250 seater auditorium, alongside a suite of flexible meeting rooms.
The conference centre is connected to our mezzanine and atrium areas which are ideal for event catering, exhibitions and networking. We can provide tables, table cloths and poster boards for your exhibition stands.
We also have plenty of outdoor space which is ideal for BBQ’s and drinks receptions, team building and lawn games.
Our dedicated conference team will arrange everything to ensure your event runs smoothly and are with you throughout from your initial enquiry through to completion of your event. They will put together a package to suit your needs and budget.
Sand Hutton Suite
The Sand Hutton Suite can accommodate up to 250 delegates in raked theatre-style seating, providing a clear view from anywhere in the auditorium. The room also offers plenty of space in which to build an eye-catching set for your event. The Suite is equipped with an induction loop and has full disabled access. The room opens out onto Lakeside Veranda, with clear views across the lake. The Suite has a built-in stage, lectern, audio-visual equipment, hand-held and lapel microphones and sound system. There is a partition that can easily be closed to create a more intimate space for smaller events.
Claxton and Kirkham meeting rooms can accommodate up to 50 people in theatre-style seating. The rooms can be arranged in a variety of set-ups including: theatre, boardroom, u-shape, classroom and cabaret.
The rooms are equipped with furniture, built-in audio-visual equipment, flipcharts, a hand-held microphone and a sound system.
Our in-house caterers deliver an innovative approach to catering. The team enjoys working with our clients
to create the best mix from our food and beverage menus or designing bespoke options to meet specific briefs including special diets. We use local food and beverage suppliers to provide seasonal produce for our BBQs, cocktails and canapés drinks receptions.
Everything you need on-site
Our experienced on-site support team can help you with every aspect of your event including hotel, dinner and travel recommendations and bookings. We can also help with name badge and lanyard production,
printing and photocopying. Delegates can also take advantage of our on-site coffee shop, our
restaurant serving breakfast and lunch as well as our shop. Our on-site IT team is available to help you set up your event and will be on call throughout. Complimentary Wi-Fi and car parking is offered to all delegates.
