The Rothwell Suite

The Rothwell Suite is the hotel’s largest event space, it is ideal for conferences, awards dinners and large events. The suite accommodates 112 classroom, 214 theatre, 180 seated dining, 230 reception or 120 cabaret, and can also be divided into the Lewis and Waterhouse Rooms.

 

Lewis Room

The Lewis Room is the larger half of the Rothwell Suite.Located beside the second-floor events lobby and atrium, it is ideal for conferences, training and private dining. The Lewis Room can host 52 classroom, 100 theatre, 80 for a seated meal, 100 for a drinks reception or 64 cabaret. For larger events, it can interconnect with the Waterhouse Room to form the 204.3 sq. m Rothwell Suite.

 

Waterhouse Room
97 sq m. Capacity 90 Guests

The Waterhouse Room is part of the Rothwell Suite. The room accommodates 40 classroom, 90 theatre, 60 for a seated meal, 90 for a reception or 48 cabaret. It can also connect with the Lewis Room to create the full 204.3 sq. m Rothwell Suite.

 

The Bernstein Suite

The Bernstein Suite combines the Eddington, Foster and Robinson Rooms to create 143.5 sq. m of flexible event space .It accommodates 54 classroom, 130 theatre, 100 seated dining, 140 for a reception or 80 cabaret.


Robinson Room
54 sq m. Capacity 50 Guests

The space accommodates up to 40 for a seated meal, 40 for a reception, 20 classroom or 18 U-shape, and can also be set for 32 cabaret. The Robinson Room regularly connects with the Foster Room to create 108.2 sq. m, or with Foster and Eddington to form the 143.5 sq. m Bernstein Suite.


Foster Room

54 sq m. Capacity 50 Guests

One of our most popular rooms, it accommodates up to 50 theatre style or 40 for private dining. The Foster Room can be combined with the Eddington Room to create 89.4 sq. m, with the Robinson Room for 108.2 sq. m, or with both to form the 143.6 sq. m Bernstein Suite.


Eddington Room
35 sq m. Capacity 20 Guests

The Eddington Room is one of our most intimate spaces. Perfect for smaller meetings, it hosts up to 20 theatre style or 10 for boardroom and 16 for private dining. The Eddington Room can be combined with the Foster Room to create 89.4 sq. m, or with Foster and Robinson to form the 143.6 sq. m Bernstein Suite.

The space accommodates 32 classroom, 85 theatre or 60 for a seated meal. For added flexibility, the room can also connect with the Robinson Room to form the 143.5 sq. m Bernstein Suite.

The room accommodates 42 classroom, 100 theatre or 80 for a seated meal, making it ideal for mid-sized conferences and events. For additional flexibility, it can also connect with the Eddington Room to form the 143.5 sq. m Bernstein Suite.
