BFI Southbank is the national centre for film and an
outstanding events venue located on the banks of the
Thames. BFI Southbank is the perfect location for conferences,
meetings, seminars, panel discussions, exhibitions, awards,
premieres and product launches, with versatile spaces and
world-class technical expertise.
The BFI auditoriums have played host to some incredible
moments in cinema history, having welcomed Hollywood royalty
from Judy Garland to Robert De Niro. These spaces are fully
equipped for a wide range of event formats, with state of the art
AV capabilities and experienced events and technical support.
A range of stylish networking and reception spaces are on offer
at BFI Southbank, all of which can be catered by our amazing
in-house caterers, Benugo. Choose from BFI Riverfront or BFI
Bar & Kitchen for your larger scale events, or choose from The
Blue Room, Atrium or Drawing Room for smaller scale reception
set ups.
Located at the heart of London’s South Bank, BFI Riverfront
is a vibrant bar and restaurant with spectacular views of the
River Thames. The upstairs Balcony Bar is a premium reception
space with areas for al fresco drinks and a truly unique view
of Waterloo Bridge – its structure forming the ceiling of this
stunning venue.
The BFI Riverfront restaurant and Balcony Bar is perfectly
set up to host a welcome breakfast for conference delegates,
an evening networking cocktail or a glamourous staff
Christmas party.
The Blue Room is a contemporary, multi-purpose space perfect
for receptions, parties, launches and meetings for up to 60
seated and 250 standing. You can adjust the room size to suit
your needs and work with our in-house caterers for any food
and beverage requirements.
We offer full exclusivity of BFI Southbank for larger events,
allowing your event to take over the building and offering
flexibility for your production ambitions and branding
requirements. Plan your event around our attractive and
