what our customers say

Amanda Davies (Sponsorship, Event & Asset Activation Manager), BP
"The Apex Hotel in Bath was the perfect location for our conference in March. The facilities are excellent with a modern main conference room and 6 well equipped breakout rooms surrounding an atrium with natural daylight and plenty of space. The support before and during the conference was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food all week was delicious and the Head Chef was incredibly flexible in tailoring the menus to suit our needs. I’ve recommended this hotel to my colleagues and we will be back!"
Tammy Pratt (Event Manager), KC Jones
"The Apex City of Bath is a perfect juxtaposition of a modern hotel sympathetically presented in the centre of Bath, providing a much needed large-scale Conference venue in the city. Many of the conferences we manage move around the country each year and our clients are excited to have the option of visiting such an historic city while benefitting from professional conferencing services under the same roof as high quality accommodation."
Carmela Lear (Activities Co-ordinator (Societies)), Bath Uni SU
"As these events were held in a new venue this year, we asked our students for some feedback, this was very positive. The venue is beautiful, classy and in a good central location. The staff were very attentive and professional. Please can you pass on our thanks to John and the waiting staff as they were extremely helpful, if there was something I needed or was not in place, they organised it immediately."
