The North Village
The North Village is a striking new edition to the Stoop, offering a versatile setting, ideal for a wide range of events. It's full of character, well-suited to parties, formal dinners and conferences.
This modern space features floor to ceiling windows, bi-fold doors and a retracting roof. Its outdoor bar area, food concession units and self-pour bar make it the perfect relaxed, festival-style destination for any event. The astro turf garden area is a great addition for summer celebrations and outdoor gatherings. Guests have a small window of opportunity in the summer when they can hire out the pitch for their events, whether this be teambuilding, tag rugby competition or a company sports day, with The North Village used for post-pitch activity for a BBQ, street food, drinks and parties! This space is not only popular for summer parties, but also Christmas celebrations, with The North Village providing a contemporary twist on the standard banqueting style décor. Once adorned with decorations, fire lights and outside fire pits, it creates a magical winter space- ideal for parties and dining.
Not just a party space- The North Village includes two large screens as well as a built-in AV- system, creating an impressive set up for meetings and conferences. In theatre style for example, the space can host up to 400 guests, making it perfect for large-scale corporate events. The North Village comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests for banqueting events, whether a prom, an award night or a private celebration.

A recent event held at The North Village was a dynamic and engaging staff conference and teambuilding day for a local college, showcasing the full potential of the space for large-scale, multifunctional events.
The day began with a theatre-style conference set-up inside the main space, where college staff gathered for presentations, training sessions, and a staff awards ceremony. The integrated main screen and repeater screens ensured clear visibility and professional delivery throughout.
Outside, the energy continued as the outdoor area was transformed into a vibrant teambuilding zone. Delegates took part in a range of interactive games, including activities provided as part of The North Village hire and an inflatable gladiator style duel activity, provided by one of our approved suppliers. The atmosphere was elevated with a live DJ, comfortable outdoor seating, umbrellas, and our outdoor bar.
The day flowed effortlessly between indoor sessions and outdoor activities, creating a great balance of productivity and fun. The feedback was fantastic, with staff and organisers alike highlighting how well the space worked for both parts of the day and how smoothly everything came together.

The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse, spanning over 73 sqm, offers a vibrant and functional space, ideal for board meetings, small private events and training courses.
This room features a built-in buffet station, which also acts as a divider, creating two separate spaces within the room, ideal for larger meetings to split into focused groups for example. In terms of AV, this modern space features a large screen with HDMI connection, as well as Bluetooth connection speakers. With floor to ceiling windows, The Clubhouse provides a perfect view overlooking the half-way line of the pitch. With the stands just outside the room, we strongly encourage guests to take full advantage of this and take a seat looking out at the pitch for lunch breaks or post- meeting drinks!
The Clubhouse: Case Study
The Clubhouse is a popular choice for clients seeking a flexible and bright space for all-day meetings and events. Recently, it hosted a corporate team away day for 30 delegates, with the room arranged in a cabaret-style layout to encourage engagement and collaboration.
Throughout the day, the built-in buffet station provided a seamless catering solution, offering refreshments on arrival, mid-morning coffee, and a relaxed lunch service. The smaller rear section of the room proved ideal for breakout sessions, allowing teams to work in smaller groups without leaving the space.
To make the most of the venue’s unique setting, delegates enjoyed lunch alfresco in the stadium stands, taking in the pitch-side views. During this time, the main room efficiently reset for an informal drinks reception enjoyed pitch side overlooking the hallowed Stoop turf. This smooth transition allowed guests to round off the day with relaxed networking in the same welcoming environment.
