The venue even has its own onsite team building company, Teamscapes Learning so both indoor and outdoor activities can be arranged at any given notice. 

Woodside meanwhile, sits in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, just minutes from the historical town of Kenilworth. 

This Edwardian mansion is set within 32 acres of grounds, offering 74 bedrooms plus leisure facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court and a pitch‘n’putt golf course. 

Woodside has 20 meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 120 delegates. There’s also four private dining rooms, the stunning 120-covers Orchard restaurant, the relaxed Mulberry Brasserie and two bars including the ‘Parsons Folly’ pub. 

All the meeting rooms have been designed to create an optimum environment for effective meetings and have air-conditioning and ample natural daylight as standard. Coupled with all the conferencing facilities you would expect – including audio visual equipment, flip-charts, stationery, free WiFi and magnetic walls, Woodside has everything covered. 

Teamscapes also operates from Woodside and uses experiential learning to generate positive, long lasting effects on teams. 

Both these Sundial Group-owned countryside conference hotels feel a strong responsibility to sustain these precious environments for future generations. To this end, they’ve committed to reducing single-use plastic by a minimum of 20% per annum for the next five years by signing up to the Meetings Industry Association #20percentless pledge.

Woodside and Highgate House further support the reversal of the honey bee population by homing over 500,000 of them within their grounds. They both also offer green meeting packages designed to offset the carbon emitted by events, as well as financial incentives for delegates using public transport or car shares.
