The finalists have been announced for the Surrey Life Food & Drinks Awards 2019 and we're delighted that 1907 restaurant, bar & grill is one of the finalists in the 'Restaurant of the Year' category.
Adam McLaren, Executive Head Chef, says "We’re extremely proud of being awarded two AA rosettes for our food & service since 2011 but to be a finalist in the Surrey Food & Drink Awards and having been nominated by our customers is a fantastic honour. We love to use food that has a story and comes from producers that believe in what they do so we can use the ingredients in ways that embellish their heritage. The interior of the restaurant, named after the year the world famous Brooklands racetrack opened, draws inspiration from the 1920s & 30s; a period of glamour, innovation & the golden age of racing; a truly unique restaurant in Surrey.”
