Highgate House Recognised for Outstanding Customer Service

Highgate House in Northamptonshire has kicked off the year being awarded the ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation' by BVA BDRC for providing outstanding customer service.

The accreditation, which is based on customer feedback results from April 2018 to March 2019, is testament to the group’s ongoing dedication to providing exceptional customer service at its two venues.

BVA BDRC is an award winning international consumer insight consultancy, and their VenueVerdict survey featured around 349 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland. Highgate House and Woodside were amongst 59 venues that achieved the highest accreditation which is the Gold Standard.

“Staff are always really polite, helpful and professional.”
