Emirates Old Trafford, home to Lancashire Cricket, has launched its Christmas party packages for 2019.
‘Christmas at Emirates Old Trafford’ has been designed with clients and organisers in mind. Bookers are able to choose from a variety of shared and private party packages, including popular favourites, the Christmas Extravaganza and the Work’s Finished for Christmas party.
The Christmas Extravaganza party night is one of the most popular shared party packages. Starting from £55 per person, the night offers fantastic live entertainment and mouth-watering dishes, so that guests can enjoy a party night like no other.
Head of Sales, Angela Hodson, said: “This year, we wanted to highlight the variety of different packages that we’re able to offer. Whether an event is large or small, we can cater for every need.
“Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year in the events industry, and our campaign aims to cut through the noise to showcase what Emirates Old Trafford does best – throw the best party nights of the year in Manchester!”
As part of this, there is particular focus on the variety of bespoke private party packages that the in-house events team work with clients to create. Starting from £42.50 per person, guests can create an experience to suit their needs, from a formal three-course dinner followed by live entertainment, or a more relaxed informal setting with bowl food.
Additionally, the packages on offer have placed a spotlight on the more alternative Christmas party, to accommodate the increasing needs of customers. Combining a daytime conference with a Christmas party in the evening provides the opportunity to reward staff and celebrate in style. And, with the on-site Hilton Garden Inn, the venue is well placed to offer such a package.
Angela continued: “This year, we want to place a bigger focus on the non-conventional event, including annual conference and Christmas party packages. It’s a great way for clients to keep their staff informed and reward them for all their hard work, and we believe we have the best venue to achieve that.”
With over 3,600m2 of space and 43 meeting rooms, guests can experience private parties which cater to their every need, with 2018 clients including AO and Amazon.
To celebrate the launch of the Christmas packages, Emirates Old Trafford is offering two early bird offers to encourage clients to book now. Repeat bookers will receive 10% off, and early bird bookers will receive 5% when booking before 31 May 2019.
To encourage guests to make the most of their Christmas party, the Hilton Garden Inn is also offering both shared and private party night bookers a special rate of £89.00 per room, including a bottle of prosecco, valid until 1 September 2019. Each booking will receive an allocated number of rooms available to book.
