Meet a few of our new members for 2019

Published: 07 Feb 2019

It’s been a busy start to the year here at Venufinder.com with a raft of new member subscriptions going live on our free-to-use website.

First up, allow us to introduce three venues belonging to the Jockey Club.

Sandown Park Racecourse, Epsom Downs Racecourse and Kempton Park Racecourse are each set in beautiful parklands and steeped in horse racing history.

Sandown Park (pictured above) in Surrey has a meetings capacity of 800 delegates with 45 meeting rooms and 21 bedrooms onsite. Kempton Park in Middlesex has 16 meeting rooms and a meeting capacity of 600 delegates. While Epsom Downs in Surrey has 120 bedrooms in an onsite hotel, 25 meeting rooms and a capacity for 800 delegates in the Queen’s Stand and Duchess’s Stand.

Another sporting stadium to join Venuefinder.com is Vicarage Road, home to Watford FC. The Hornets’ home ground has 27 meeting rooms and a DDR that starts from £30+VAT.

St Mary’s University (pictured below) is our newest academic venue member. It offers 18 function rooms, residential accommodation for 700 guests and catering options for special occasions, conferences and meetings, set within the historic surroundings of the University's Strawberry Hill campus in Twickenham, South West London.

We’ve also added a blank canvas venue and its sister boardroom and bar to our site.

White Space (pictured below), near Leicester Square offers 1,400sqft of blank canvas event space in the centre of London’s bustling West End. Able to hold up to 100 people, it features two exclusive-use event spaces, including a dry hire bar, and is run by a dedicated team of events specialists.

White Label is a boardroom and bar located off Drury Lane, which has a meetings capacity of 30. It offers spaces to work, play or best - do both; and has hosted networking events, photo shoots, video calls and training days alike.

Further afield, Hotel Berlin, offers 701 rooms, 29 suites and 48 meeting rooms, suitable for planners looking for a fresh urban venue in the heart of the German capital.
