The Tunnel Club, Etihad Stadium, wins innovation accolade at Sports and Leisure Catering Awards
Fabulous Fan Fayre (F3), a joint venture between Absolute Taste and Legends Hospitality, triumphed at the Sports & Leisure Catering Awards (SLC) last night (12 September), taking home the ‘Innovation Award’ for its work on the Tunnel Club at Manchester City F.C.
The team were honoured at the ceremony held at London’s BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, receiving the industry accolade for the second year running. In 2017, F3 took home the ‘Innovation Award’ in recognition of their ‘Not for Profit’ programme and work with local charities in Manchester.
Last night’s award win recognised F3’s work in designing, implementing and managing the Tunnel Club at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium. SLC commended the business for providing a high-end hospitality option with meticulous food and unparalleled live action.
Launched in the summer of 2017, The Tunnel Club is a ground-breaking premium hospitality experience like no other, designed to offer clients the opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with some of the world’s greatest footballers while enjoying unparalleled food, beverages and hospitality.
With views into the players’ tunnel, seating located directly behind the dug-out and the chance to watch post-match interviews first-hand, attendees at The Tunnel Club are immersed into the sporting atmosphere through unprecedented access and world class hospitality.
