Venuefinder.com is delighted to welcome The House at Shuttleworth and 30 Pavilion Road to its portfolio. Discover more about each venue below.
The House at Shuttleworth
Built in 1875 and once home to the Shuttleworth family, The House is situated in 425-acres of parkland.
Gillows of Lancaster made many of the interior furnishings and there are several magnificent examples of 19th century paintings on the walls, produced by artists such as Sir Frank Dicksee, Benjamin Williams Leader, George Vicat Cole and Frank Holl.
The House offers 15 bedrooms, 10 meeting rooms and capacity for up to 150 delegates.
Event planners can also incorporate a vintage bus, or a tour of The Collection and Swiss Garden into their itineraries.
Based in the estate's aerodrome, The Collection contains some of the last airworthy aircraft of their type remaining anywhere in the world and vehicles that date back to the Edwardian era.
The Collection at Shuttleworth was started by Richard Ormonde Shuttleworth, a passionate racer and pilot.
Adjacent to the aerodrome is the Swiss Garden, an outstanding example of the Regency fashion for creating landscapes in a picturesque alpine style.
30 Pavilion Road
30 Pavilion Road is an elegant Georgian townhouse set in the heart of Knightsbridge.
With its first function taking place in 1963, 30 Pavilion Road took off as a smart party venue hosting royalty and celebrities including Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.

On arrival, the Stone Hall can be used as an entrance hall or for an initial drinks reception and can host up to 100 guests.
As guests head upstairs, they enter the period bar and onto the Library and the Ballroom.
The Library offers guests a relaxed reception space, for up to 80 guests. The Library opens up into the elegant Ballroom with chandeliers and an ornate marble fireplace. It can host dinners or receptions for up to 120 guests.
