The Wyndham Grand London, Chelsea Harbour is the flagship hotel in the Wyndham Worldwide family.
The Wyndham Grand is London’s only five-star, all-suite hotel, which is situated in London’s exclusive Chelsea Harbour.
Following major refurbishments, the hotel now boasts a new penthouse floor with four bespoke suites and a contemporary executive lounge, complete with commissioned sculptures, terrace, bar and dining area. All enjoy stunning views across the water and the city.
The four suites all follow distinct, yet subtle fashion themes. The sophisticated Kensington Suite is a fresh take on a country house hotel, incorporating Paul Smith designed fabrics on the soft furnishings, while the King’s Suite features a full-height Union Jack headboard; the Savile Suite is inspired by paisley design, while Art Deco underpins the Abingdon Suite.
Elsewhere, the renovation has transformed the public spaces in the hotel: the all-new reception area has marble floors and intimate seating areas. The Harbour Lounge offer further spaces for relaxation, and guests can enjoy the hotel’s views from the Harbour Terrace.
The hotel has launched a unique dining concept, Restaurant Twenty Ten. This is being developed as a new and inventive interpretation of the pop-up restaurant concept: a permanent space, yet given a different concept and name every year. The menu will be even more responsive, changing on a seasonal basis, offering guests a creative and original experience every visit.
Following the restaurant launch, in early summer a brand new spa has been unveiled, complete with six treatment rooms – two of which will be double – as well as sauna, steam room, pool and gym. The spa offers facials, massages, body treatments and wraps with western and eastern influences. Also it offers treatments specifically designed for mums to be, a hairdressers, nail bar, and a male grooming menu.
The hotel’s Grand Ballroom was launched in February 2010 as a unique events space for up to 1,000 people. The spectacular glass-fronted room allows up to 1,000 guests to enjoy the spectacular panorama of the marina from, set on the harbour’s edge, with natural light and exceptional views. The centrepiece is a spectacular Grand Room, which can accommodate up to 600 people for a seated dinner.
The hotel is central and well connected, with Imperial Wharf train station, Fulham Broadway and Earl’s Court tube stations all minutes’ walk away; parking for large numbers of guests is also available. The Wyndham Grand can even arrange for a boat to transport guests to the hotel in style from a number of collection points along the Thames, or to host an intimate reception on the water.
