Most event organisers don't need any prompting to put Wyboston Lakes on their venue list. After all, as the UK's largest privately owned single site conference and training centre - with vast experience of all kinds of events and an outstanding track record - quite simply we can offer more than any other venue.

Though we’re on a single site – a centrally located, tranquil 350 acre rural estate - we actually have two distinct venues, giving our customers a spectrum of choice that is literally unmatched. Together, they provide a complete range of event spaces for groups of 2 to 270 delegates, with flexible packages that can be tailored to suit any organisation's meeting and budgetary
requirements, no matter how large or small. What’s more, although these venues are completely self-contained, including their own relaxations facilities, close by are a continuously expanding spectrum of superb additional leisure facilities.

The Wyboston Lakes Executive Centre provides the highest standards of executive specification and exclusivity. It is a premier, award-winning centre with outstanding facilities and service standards for both residential and day delegates, with a high level of privacy and flexibility and carefully designed interiors optimised for effective learning and communication. In early 2012, we completed an extensive redevelopment programme, extending the versatility of its meeting rooms, and enhancing its superb relaxation areas and refreshment facilities.

The Wyboston Lakes Training Centre is an ideal base for learning and development, where value for money is the defining consideration, but where facilities must nevertheless provide a properly focused, uncompromised working environment. The majority of the 150 ensuite bedrooms are to a standard specification. During the spring of 2012, we began a major bedroom refurbishment programme, and also opened up a new space, a 10,400 sq ft Oakley Suite.

Another significant facility on our site is the Wyboston Lakes Hotel. Established in 2011 and progressively developing, it’s not a conference facility in itself – but it does provide an extra leisure option for delegates who’d like a little time away from the pressures of their event in the Wyboston Lakes Executive Centre or the Wyboston Lakes Training Centre. It provides additional restaurant options and a superb bar area with delightful views over our main lake.

We're an award-winning provider for both day and residential events of all types, conveniently located between Cambridge and Milton Keynes, easily accessible by road rail and air and less than one hour from London. And with over 700 free car parking spaces, you can park right outside the door!

We provide superb levels of cuisine created by award-winning chefs, outstanding levels of customer service and complimentary internet access via a very powerful site-wide 200 MBs broadband service.
