Excellently located in the Heart of England just 5 miles from the M40, Woodside is an attractive Edwardian country house set in 32 acres of Warwickshire countryside. As part of the family-owned Sundial Group, the venue specialises in hosting group events, using forty years of experience to supply large and small companies alike with the focused environment they need for successful events.
Woodside is suitable for many varied events and functions and, with 32 acres of grounds in addition to Teamscapes® activities on site, can accommodate outside activities as well as indoor functions and meetings. The attractive Redwood room can seat up to 120, while the Dining Room is also a lovely setting for both large and small groups. Other rooms can hold groups of various sizes and all are spacious with natural daylight and flexible enough to suit your exact requirements. ??Our dedicated conference rooms can accommodate comfortably groups up to 120 in size and each room has nearby syndicate rooms for breakout groups.
Sundial's rigorous standards and commitment to quality mean each room provides ample natural daylight and is equipped with ergonomically designed eight-hour chairs (rather than banqueting chairs), while the Group's 'Complete Meeting Package' approach to pricing allows for effective and accurate budget management, providing unlimited consumables (including tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit) throughout the day.
After working hours (which are flexible to meet your needs), Woodside serves delicious menus prepared by its talented, award-winning team of chefs using fresh, local produce. A range of our vegetarian dishes have been accredited by the Vegetarian Society, and the procedures and practices they recommend are ones we adopt across all the meat-free options we offer. We also provide healthy menu alternatives, and can ensure every single dietary requirement is expertly catered for. The venue also features extensive leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, all-weather tennis court, gymnasium, sauna and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Woodside's 74 en-suite bedrooms are lovingly decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard.
