Listed as one of the world’s 1001 “Must See Buildings”, The Public is a stunning multi-purpose venue located 5 miles from Birmingham City Centre, close to the M5 and M6 and is serviced by excellent public transport links.

Providing high spec technical capabilities, great catering and a series of vibrant, dynamic and flexible spaces perfect for inspiring customers and colleagues alike: The Public is the ideal place to hold most events at a great central location.

We can accommodate conferences, meetings, product launches, exhibitions, parties and celebrations. In addition to our fantastic facilities, we have lively programme of events, entertainments, activities and exhibitions which compliment any event.

Madeleine Carroll Suite

The vibrant Madeleine Carroll Suite can be divided into a number of workable spaces. The suite can be booked for conferences of up to 200 people or as a series of smaller meeting rooms, catering for 10-20 people or larger rooms for up to 80 people. The open space is ideal for trade exhibitions and can cater for up to 50 stands.

Theatre
A self-contained venue suitable for all types of events. It comprises fully retractable tiered seating for up to 250 delegates. The space can also seat up to 150 people banquet format. Standing events and state-of-the-art recording and production facilities can be provided for an audience of up to 400.

Gallery Longroom
Located at the top of the building, the Longroom is a spacious area with magnificent views across the Black Country. This area can accommodate up to 150 people banquet style, or 250 for a reception. It offers touch of class to any event and is the perfect venue for corporate launches, award ceremonies and charity galas.
