The flexibility of the event rooms, within the recently developed East Wing, ensures each event is bespoke, from dressing the extensive space available to selecting menus meticulously prepared in the ultra-modern kitchens and beautifully presented to each and every guest.
The Hurlingham Suite is fully adaptable for formal or informal events depending on individual requirements; the fully integrated lighting, sound and themed areas mean each event stands out with the minimum of planning.
Removable, sound-proof walls offer the flexibility to accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a seated dinner, 1,200 for stand up receptions and 550 for conferences. Alternatively, the walls can be positioned to provide you with a more intimate space for smaller functions.
On arrival, guests enter via the glass-domed Palm Court which provides a focal point for either an elegant bar or a stunning backdrop for stage presentations. The Palm Court is most certainly the area within the East Wing with the biggest wow factor! The glass-domed roof creates a distinct feeling of the outdoors with its high glass ceiling allowing light to flood in by day and turning into a focal point, lighting up, as evening falls.
The Hurlingham Club has nine meeting room spaces available for hire, including a self-contained theatre and two traditional Georgian-style boardrooms. Delegates will have access to the outdoor terraced gardens where they can relax and take in the views of the surrounding club. The Club is five minutes walk from Putney Bridge tube station and has over 300 parking spaces.
