Easily accessible from junction 5 of the M5 and conveniently close to Birmingham, Worcester, Cheltenham, Stratford and Bristol, Chateau Impney is a unique and flexible venue for meetings, conferences and exhibitions. 

The Chateau offers a perfect mix of stylish elegance and contemporary capability, along with 140 acres of grounds for a range of outdoor activities. Our state-of-the-art facilities include audio-visual equipment, unlimited complimentary high speed Wi-Fi and comprehensive catering services. Free on-site parking is available for all delegates, with over 600 spaces available. 

The meeting suites in the main Chateau can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 160 people, making them ideal for board meetings and away days. Our purpose-built Conference & Events Centre and the expansive Regent Centre are ideal venues for hosting larger meetings, dinners and exhibitions with suites offering capacity for between 120 and 1,000 delegates.

The expansive Broadway Suite, located in the Regent Centre, is Chateau Impney’s largest room, offering over 1,000 square feet of exhibition space.

The Gallery Suite can either be used as part of a larger event or as a dedicated exhibition space on its own.

Overlooking the Broadway Suite, the Balcony Suite offers an excellent extension to the main room or a comprehensive exhibition area in its own right.

Located above the Broadway Suite, the Forum Suite can help form part of a larger event or can be used as an exhibition space on its own.

If you’re holding your event in the Broadway Suite, the adjoining Balcony Suite, Forum Suite and Gallery Suite make excellent refectory rooms.
