Mercure Windsor Castle Hotel is the perfect venue for your meeting, conference or other event. The hotel has 12 meeting rooms and a maximum capacity of 400 people when our Windsor and Georgian Suites are combined. Through the hotel’s Meet with Mercure offer, all delegate packages include free Wi-Fi and LCD projector plus inclusive refreshments from mid-morning breaks to afternoon tea.
