Nestled in 17 acres of woodland in the small Warwickshire village of Brandon, this remarkable historic hotel looks forward to welcoming you.
We can host corporate events, conferences and team building activities, along with civil ceremonies, wedding receptions and private celebrations.
Elegant rooms play host to events on every scale. Within the original house, our meeting and celebration rooms offer high ceilings, traditional décor and some have open fireplaces to create the perfect ambience for your event.
Our purpose-built Woodlands Suite is a fully-equipped venue in a separate building to the main house and can cater for larger celebrations and corporate meetings for up to 280 guests. The Woodlands Suite provides exceptional comforts, including a private bar and reception area, kitchen and four smaller syndicate rooms on the first floor.
Through our Meet with Mercure offer, all delegate packages include free Wi-Fi and LCD projector plus inclusive refreshments from mid-morning breaks to afternoon tea. Should you require ideas for themed events or entertainment, please just ask, as we have many recommendations. We pride ourselves on being able to tailor your event to you. The main house at Mercure Coventry Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa boasts 120 bedrooms, with a mix of Classic, Executive and Suites, along with our 120-seat Clarendon Restaurant and relaxing Bewick Bar & Lounge.
