Surrey’s premier conference facility!
A privately-owned four-star hotel nestled in 22 acres of Surrey countryside, only a short drive from the historic market town of Haslemere. It is ideally located just 20 minutes south of Guildford on the A3 and only 45 minutes from both Heathrow & Gatwick. We are also on the direct train line from London Waterloo which takes only 50 minutes.
There are 41 beautifully furnished bedrooms offering a contrast of contemporary and traditional design including eight executive suites and two garden suites with their own private terraces and views over our lake. All rooms have modern amenities including free wireless internet access.
There are eight superb conference and banqueting suites at the Hotel which can seat from 2 to 128 people. We also have fixed boardrooms that hold up to 16 delegates. There are a variety of private dining rooms for that special occasion or business function.
The hotel can also organise a wide variety of team building events from team challenges, themed events, company incentives, treasure hunts & company fun days. The hotel works with a local events company who can provide various indoor and outdoor activities including hover buggies, clay pigeon shooting and laser quest.
Within the grounds you will find the 15th Century Tudor building which is home to "The Restaurant at Lythe Hill". The hotel currently has 2 AA Rosettes for its food offering an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant and bar area has a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, offering an extensive range of beverages including wines from around the world.
There is also lots of private dining areas including the Quennell Room which can seat up to 30 delegates or the Dungeon Room which can seat up to 12 delegates.
Amarna Spa is our exclusive health spa and offers stunning facilities within the beautiful grounds of the Hotel. There is a fully equipped computerised gym, 16 metre swimming pool, cold temple shower, sauna, steam room & whirlpool.
