Welcome to the newly renovated 18 million pound refurbishment that was completed in May of last year; the unrecognisable Holiday Inn is situated just on the main A45, 7 miles from the city centre and 1 mile from motorway, rail and air links.
Our 14 state of the art meeting rooms are packed with the latest technology; they all feature natural daylight, air conditioning, complimentary wireless and wired internet (for the organiser), unlimited tea/coffee and large breakouts available. The Lancaster suite can boast up to 500 people theatre style. For a more intimate meeting room in our Aspire Conference Centre, choose from one of our 8 smaller breakout/interview rooms with our in-room dining options and unlimited tea/coffee and internet packages available.
The newly refurbished restaurant which can hold up to 150 delegates, offers a wide selection of food prepared by our fantastic team of chefs demonstrating the best in fine dining cuisine.
All of the 239 bedrooms (including 7 suites) have tea/coffee making facilities, power showers, hairdryers, in-room movies and work space area. 24 hour room service is available, along with fully stocked mini bars. (Superior's, Executive and Suites available at a supplement).
