venue description
Gilwell Park is a truly unique venue, situated in a 108 acre woodland estate offering unparalleled flexibility, conference and training facilities for 2-250 people, a fantastic range of outdoor activities and accommodation.
Located just five minutes from Junction 26 of the M25 and 25 minutes from central London by train, Gilwell Park is perfect for London-based companies as well as being easily accessible from both Essex and Hertfordshire.
The White House is a 17th Century Grade II listed building at the centre of the estate. A stunning backdrop to any event, it offers modern facilities whilst full of character and charm, a number of meeting rooms, a lounge bar and 35 en-suite bedrooms.
The estate features a contemporary purpose-built conference and training centre, housing seminar rooms, training suites and large main hall for up to 250 people. Gilwell Park is also home to an activity centre with over 30 challenging activities such as Jacob’s ladder and raft building.
Working in partnership with Sharpstone Skinner, specialists in leadership and team development, we are now able to offer a variety of development and management workshops. We also offer a range of corporate packages including Christmas fine dining experiences, vintage tea parties and team-building days.
Our other venue, Baden-Powell House Conference Centre, is five minutes from South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations. It offers a 300 person capacity main hall, eight conference and meeting rooms, and a rooftop garden with magnificent views across South Kensington.
Although owned by The Scout Association, our venues are open to all and not just Scouts. Why not come and see what we have to offer!
