Set in beautiful grounds amidst 200 hectares of fruit orchards, this modern purpose built conference centre boasts a welcoming environment away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located 10 minutes from the M20 motorway Jct 4, near Maidstone, Kent, providing easy access to London and the South Coast.
We offer unrivalled facilities for meetings, conferences, training, away days and team building activities with seven meeting rooms suitable for 2-200 delegates. There is ample free parking, state-of-the-art AV technology, including video conferencing, free Wi-Fi, on-site catering and a friendly, personal service. All rooms are pillar-free, have natural daylight and are air conditioned.
Delegate rates are all inclusive, so there are no hidden surprises, and include hire of main room, three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits, buffet lunch, including our very own East Malling Apple Juice produced from apples grown on our site, chilled water, delegate pads and pens, flip chart and pens, ALL AV equipment (FOC), mints and complimentary WiFi.
The East Malling Conference Centre is committed to providing you with the highest standard of customer care. A dedicated member of the conference team will meet and greet you on site and will set up all AV equipment for you, showing your speakers how to use the equipment. They will remain on hand throughout the day to ensure the smooth running of your event.
