Located at Heythrop Park Resort is the contemporary new Crowne Plaza Heythrop Park – Oxford. The Resort is a real hidden gem, set in 440 acres of stunning Oxfordshire countryside. Over £50 million has been invested recently on a new championship golf course, a Health Club with spa treatment rooms and the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.
For conferences and events, the facilities of the Crowne Plaza are second to none. The hotel has a unique tiered conference theatre for up to 350 delegates. The theatre has built in state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and dedicated onsite AV support for the duration of your event. The largest event room in the Crowne Plaza is The Ballroom, which can seat 450 delegates for your event. All the smaller meeting rooms also have built in AV equipment and private access to an outdoor terrace or Moroccan courtyard.
Alongside the Crowne Plaza is Heythrop Park Hotel, which has the 18th century Main House at its centre. The two hotels are a total contrast with Heythrop Park Hotel offering basic accommodation and meeting rooms. The Main House however, does provide an elegant setting for a drinks reception or private dining. The two hotels provide a combined bedroom capacity of over 350 rooms.
The extensive grounds of the Heythrop estate are ideal for most kinds of teambuilding activity. Bespoke packages can also be created for the golf course and can include competitions, tuition or just a few rounds.
The Resort is located just 16 miles north of Oxford city centre and is easily accessible from London and Birmingham. The closest train station is Charlbury, which provides frequent services into London Paddington.
