Were you caught out by the snow last year? Well, this year we're on snow patrol! If you book a meeting/event at Conference Aston and it gets cancelled due to snow, rest assured that you will be able to reschedule the event at no extra charge, as long as you rebook by the end of February. Here's how it works: If you need to cancel, we'll issue a 50% non refundable 'snow invoice' which will be credited against your new date. The remaining 50% will be payable once your event has gone ahead. In the event of the new date cancelling, the full value of the original event will become payable. Snow patrol deal only valid for bookings originally booked November 2011 - February 2012. Event must be rebooked by 29th February and must take place by 31st March 2012.

£25 B&B Last Minute Booking if you get snowed in! Now that we're in the midst of winter, most people are hoping for a white Christmas, but we all know the problems that heavy snowfall can cause. That's why we are offering a £25 bed and breakfast rate for last minute bookings! So if you’re expecting visitors to your office but they get snowed in and can't get home, send them our way and we’ll put them up for the night. If you’re attending a meeting at Conference Aston and the weather turns snowy white while you’re here rest assured that if you need to stay over you can take advantage of our £25 B&B rate. Don’t trudge home in the snow, stay with us, get a good night’s sleep in one of our comfy beds and a full English breakfast in the morning before you brave the cold. The small print: Valid from the first fall of snow until the Spring bulbs flower. Only available from 10am on the day of arrival and valid for a maximum of 3 nights. Subject to availability.
