Setting
Set in the East Midlands within Burrough Court Estate in Leicestershire. The stunning landscaped courtyard was formally the site of a large country home the original sable yard has been tastefully converted in to a contemporary high quality venue.
Our meeting rooms, conference facilities and surrounding woodland areas provide the perfect venue for smaller meetings, training events, larger seminars, team building days and weddings.
Meeting Rooms
We can accommodate meetings of up to 40 delegates, our two adjoining rooms and large foyer area can be hired individually or as a suite by combining the Duke of Windsor and Burchell Room with the foyer to provide a private area for you event. With ample parking on site and no hidden charges our rooms offer somewhere refreshingly different, stunningly designed and yet competitively priced.
Available for half day or full day hire from £60 or by delegate rate from £35 per delegate including refreshments and lunch. Discounts are offered for multiple bookings. Rates include;

Team Building
We offer a range of on-site team building activities including Land Rover Experience. Set within The Paddock 4 acre site just meters from the conference rooms allows you to incorporate into you meeting or training day to enhance the delegate experience.
Service and standards
A member of our dedicated on-site team manages all meetings and events from start to finish ensuring a first class experience.
Rooms are serviced with refreshments from £2 per delegate serving and delicious fresh lunches that can be tailored to you budget and requirements. Lunches range from a working finger buffet from £10 per delegates to a sit down meal from £20 per delegate. Where ever possible all food and refreshments are locally sourced and fair trade. You simply choose your requirements and we take care of the rest.
