Welcome to meetings at Burnham Beeches Hotel…
Burnham Beeches Hotel was originally built in 1727, as a hunting lodge in what was then part of Windsor Park. The house afforded rest to the Royal hunting parties before resuming the chase. In 1737 the English Poet, Thomas Gray, visited his uncle who owned the house and was inspired to write his “Elegy in a Country Churchyard”. Later, the house, known as Cant’s Hill, became the property of the Clifton Brown family, famous for their association with the Palace of Westminster.
Today it’s an elegant four star hotel ideally located in 10 acres of beautiful gardens and manicured lawns in a peaceful setting yet only minutes from the M4/M40, Burnham railway station and Windsor town centre.
Offering 10 meeting rooms for 2-150 delegates you’re sure to find a room that matches your requirements. All of our meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight, most are air-conditioned and some enjoy access to private garden areas.
We offer 24hr rates and Day Delegate Rates perfectly suited for all types of meetings and conferences. Our 24hr rates start from £170 to £265 and Day Delegate Rates range from £45 to £92. However, we are always happy to create a bespoke package exclusively for you.
At Burnham Beeches we are lucky enough to have 10 acres of land which can be dedicated to your perfect team building event. Our events team have years of experience in planning these events and can provide you with all the necessary details to make the day ideal for your company.

Costs for a 24hr rate start from £163.95 and for a Day Delegate Rate £40.95.
