Once home to Henry VIII and Elizabeth I, the 800-year-old Abbey is now a unique venue for any conference and corporate event. As well as boasting superb facilities it is the perfect backdrop to host private dinners, weddings and functions.
Set in the peaceful surroundings of the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside on the banks of the River Thames, Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre manages to combine the past - uniting traditional style, with contemporary amenities.
Flexible meeting rooms within the historic building can hold for up to 90 delegates theatre style. The Great Hall can host an awards dinner or end of year party seating up to 120 guests.
The beautiful grounds provide the ideal location for marquees and outdoor dining combined with the inspirational atmosphere of sporting endeavour and achievement. Bisham Abbey is ideal for activity based or team building events, dragon boat racing on the river, volleyball, giant jenga or corporate days. Combine a conference or meeting with a round of golf on the par 3 9-hole golf course or a game of 5-a-side football on one of the grass pitches. The Bisham Abbey gym, tennis, squash, golf, sauna and steam rooms are amongst the superb modern sports and leisure facilities available for delegates to use and help them wind down after a full day's work.
Accommodation is available for guests in either single or twin bedded rooms, all with televisions, tea & coffee making facilities. Three rooms have been specially adapted for disabled guests.
Located midway between junction 4 of the M40 and junction 8/9 of the M4, Bisham Abbey is ideally situated for access from London, Southeast and the Midlands.
