The Apollo Hotel in Basingstoke has 15 modern conference rooms able to accommodate a meeting for 2 or 255. The Hampshire Suite will seat 255 for a presentation and 204 for dinner and will split into three separate sound-proof rooms for smaller meetings. These rooms can accommodate 70 theatre style, or 30 in either classroom, u-shape or boardroom. Private dinner can be served for 48 in each section.
If you are having an AGM, board meeting or team building session, our range of board rooms and training facilities offer you space, comfort, equipment and service to ensure you achieve the best possible result. These rooms have leather chairs and quality board room tables, with comprehensive stationery and blackout facilities. Depending on layout these rooms can seat up to 30. All rooms have ample natural daylight, are fully air conditioned, have ample telephone and power points and high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi.
We are able to offer packages for a 24 hour delegate rate or an 8 hour delegate rate. These packages will be tailored to suit your individual requirements. The main room will be supplied with name cards, pens, note pads, sweets, cordials, mineral water and ice. Included in the delegate rate is free use of our Health Club during your stay. Rooms can be hired on a daily rate.
