York Conferences offers a range of venues to suit any budget or event. Our year round venues include The National Science Learning Centre offering a modern state of the art conference experience. The centre offers a 290 seat lecture theatre and 8 break out spaces.

Alternatively choose The Kings Manor a 14th Century building steeped in history allowing meetings for up to 100 to be delivered among the oak panels and medieval fireplaces of the Manor.

York Conferences has expanded its portfolio within Yorkshire, having recently acquired the White Hart Hotel in Harrogate. Being a few minutes stroll from the wonderful spa town, the White Hart Hotel is the ideal destination for any event. A great venue for weddings, the White Hart Hotel is pleased to be able to offer a brand new bridal suite.

Our main campus, set in over 200 acres of parkland can provide flexible meeting spaces over the spring and summer months for 10 to 1200 delegates. This is combined with a great exhibition space 900m squared. Boardrooms, concert halls and lecture theatres alongside our award winning dishes allow us to offer the perfect venue for any event.

Situated just outside York city centre, the venue is close to main motorway links with excellent car parking on site. York has direct rail links across the country and is just 40 minutes away from Leeds Bradford Airport.
