Venue Description

The Winter Gardens at Weston-super-Mare combines refined twenties elegance with the very best modern conference facilities. This outstanding venue occupies a prominent position at the heart of Weston's seafront. Built in 1927 the building has been sympathetically modernised and equipped with up to date facilities. Whether you are looking for a small meeting room for 6 or a large conference for 600, the Winter Gardens makes the perfect choice.

Ballroom
The majestic oval Pavilion Ballroom is surrounded by an arched terrace and boasts glorious views across the bay. It can seat up to 600 delegates theatre style or 250 classroom style, or provide 500sq.m of exhibition space.

Prince Consort Hall
This room provides seating for 600 delegates theatre style or 445 sq.m of exhibition space. It has a dividing screen which enables two separate functions to take place simultaneously.

The Suites
The three syndicate suites are ideal for smaller events. The Ashcombe and Clarence Suites can each seat 50 theatre style. The Grove seats 100 theatre style. All three suites can be opened up to provide a single function area.

Other features include the attractive Prince Consort Bar and reception area and the conservatory style Garden Bar - an ideal place for relaxing with a drink or light meal between conference sessions.
