Venue Description
Set in over 350 acres of landscaped grounds close to Ipswich and easily accessible from A12 and A14, Trinity Park Conference and Events Centre is an exciting new arrival for the event scene in the East of England
A £3.2 million project, it was commissioned by the Suffolk Agricultural Association and opened its doors in May 2006 as part of the anniversary celebrations for the organisation's 175th year.
Purpose built with the needs of the conference organiser in mind, it is capable of hosting conferences for up to 1000 delegates and dinners for 500. Internal walls allow the space to be subdivided into up to 7 smaller rooms for meetings or to provide breakout facilities. Boasting a state-of-the-art IT and audiovisual infrastructure, it sits alongside the established Trinity Rooms, which itself caters for conferences of up to 230 and dinners of up to 190. The two buildings link via an attractive courtyard and overlook many acres of Suffolk countryside - making the venue ideal for trade fairs and corporate events which wish to benefit from both indoor and outdoor space.
A dedicated team assists hosts in the staging of their event, while five catering partners - each focusing on regional seasonal foods - create a bespoke package for every booking.
Trinity Park has extensive car parking and can seamlessly adjust for the smallest product launch to the largest industry conference.
