Venue Description
RICS Headquarters is an imposing red brick Victorian style building on the corner of Parliament Square. Purpose built for the Institution in 1899, the conference and banqueting areas comprise of ten rooms ranging from the intimate York room to the grand oak panelled Lecture hall.
There is also a unique penthouse location, the Presidents suite, which offers a prestigious dining or presentation area for parties of up to 18 for formal dining and up to 45 for buffet/reception events. From the adjacent terrace, guests enjoy a panoramic view across to the Houses of Parliament as they sip their aperitifs.
Catering can be taken within the rooms. For the Lecture hall or Council chamber a special day delegate rate is available. Smaller parties up to 30 may wish to pre-book tables in our Twelve restaurant. There is also a modern café on the ground floor.
We have one other venue. Surveyor Court in Coventry can host receptions, meetings and conferences from 12 to 100 people.
RICS is situated one minute from Westminster Underground Station (Jubilee, District & Circle lines). The nearest car park is Master Park in Great College Street SW1 (24 Hours).
End 2007-End 2008 - Exciting refurbishment works in Lecture hall, Council Chamber, Gloucester room and Twelve means that these rooms will not be available for all or part of this period.

RICS Great George Street is situated one minute from Westminster Underground Station (Jubilee, District & Circle lines) change to Piccadilly Line for direct access to Heathrow. The nearest car park is Abingdon Street/Great College Street SW1 (24hrs). There are three other NCP car parks within the area.
