The Conservatory at Painshill Park

Venue Description

Set within the stunning walled garden of this magnificent 18th century landscaped park, The Conservatory at Painshill Park is a unique venue that provides all the magic of a spectacular marquee at a price comparable to, or below, a fixed venue or hotel.

The location of the venue is steeped in horticultural history and this provides a wonderful backdrop for any event. The Park includes 160 acres of lovingly restored landscaped gardens, creating a magical series of changing vistas and features, including The Gothic Temple, The Amphitheatre and The Ruined Abbey.

At the heart of the park is the delightful 'Walled Garden' a gorgeous, private and very exclusive area within which you will find The Conservatory marquee.

The marquee itself is 25 by 29.5 metres with a polished wooden floor reception space containing a bar with comfortable sofas, wicker chair seating and coffee tables. This leads into the carpeted main dining hall, which can fit up to 32, 5ft round tables with an accompanying 320 chairs. The main dining hall has the capacity to be reduced by a quarter in order to give that smaller event a cosier feeling. Both the reception and main hall can be lit in different colours supplied by the venue, giving the possibility for an alternative feel to each room.

Containing a fully functional kitchen, cloakroom, stage, dance floor and DJ booth the venue is fully kitted out to meet all your needs while remaining a flexible space in which you can realise your grand designs. Stepping out of the reception onto wooden decking that runs along the front of the marquee you will see before you one acre of private groomed lawn surrounded by flower beds for you and your guests to enjoy.
