At Sadler's Wells contemporary design fuses with elegant function space to provide conference organisers with a unique venue conveniently located within central London. Recently the proud winner of the Meetings & Incentive Travel award for Best Disabled Facilities 2006, the theatre offers unparalleled access facilities for those with physical, sensory and cognitive disabilities. The complex at Sadler's Wells encompasses three fully equipped theatres and a range of beautifully appointed function rooms. The stunning main auditorium can accommodate larger conferences from 500 up to 1500, with supporting catering and exhibition space over the galleried foyer levels of the theatre. The recently refurbished Mezzanine level is a stunning feature of these spaces, with movable acoustic walls and an abundance of natural daylight. It provides the ideal location for receptions, product launches or exhibitions. The Lilian Baylis Theatre is similarly adaptable, with the option of providing raked seating for 180 people or presenting in a cabaret, classroom or boardroom style for up to 150. Sadler's Wells also offers a comprehensive event management service with the hire of all spaces, including standard AV hire, bespoke catering from Digby Trout Restaurants and creative event solutions. Full day and half day rates are offered with a discount for registered charities.
The main auditorium at Sadler's Wells is a revolution in theatre design, providing event organisers with a highly modern and flexible venue, ideal for high profile events including AGM's, press conferences, award ceremonies, fashion shows and conferences. The theatre can seat 1,500 people at full capacity with an impressive presentation space.

The Lilian Baylis Theatre provides production companies and event organisers with a modern meeting environment whilst maintaining a unique theatre ambience. It holds 180-200 seated theatre style in raked seating, which can be retracted for cabaret-style meetings, workshops or evening functions.

The galleried foyer levels, flooded with natural light by day, provide a unique area for creating events with impact. The first level, the mezzanine, is a popular and versatile space comprising the Fonteyn, the Falk and the Cable and Wireless rooms, seating 30, 15 and 100 in theatre style respectively. The Falk and the Cable and Wireless rooms share the unique feature of removable acoustic walls which allow the rooms to be opened out to create an ideal location for large exhibitions or receptions for up to 350. Two further levels, the first and second circles both have the capacity for 70 seated and 250 standing. All levels can be used in combination for larger events.

The Kahn Lecture Theatre, the smallest of the three theatres within the complex has seating for 75 and is perfect for more informal style conferences and events. In close proximity to the Lilian Baylis and Khan theatres are four additional rooms which provide excellent areas for meeting or breakout sessions.

Location and Parking

Situated in Rosebery Avenue, a short stroll from Angel tube station (Northern Line, City branch) and only one stop from King's Cross. City and West End are equally easy by tube, bus or taxi. Up to 15 disabled parking spaces on site and 500 spaces in 2 car parks nearby.
