that has been tastefully restored to create a stylish conference centre and hotel
combining elegance, history and contemporary design.
With direct links to London Victoria making the journey just over 1hr, Pelham
House offers an unrivalled setting for your business meeting, seminar or training
event.
Lewes offers plenty of restaurants, art galleries and shops all within a short

All our 32 bedrooms are individually decorated and the house benefits from a
fantastic garden, with views over Sussex Downs, where a variety of events can take
place.
The Conference Centre has 9 meeting rooms, with capacity for 2 to 180 delegates
and even the possibility of hiring the house exclusively, offering a wide range
of conference facilities from small intimate meeting rooms to spacious boardrooms
for corporate celebrations and exhibitions.
Our conference and banqueting team has over 10 years experience in quality and
service in corporate hospitality and the conference & meeting industry. All the
necessary facilities and conference equipment is available and our dedicated conference

Location and Parking
Parking is available if pre-reserved at a rate of £5.00 per day to a maximum of 10 cars; alternative parking is available from Lewes station car park.
